Baby Jordyn:
Jordyn was born on 3rd March 2005, with a very rare illness. She never left hospital for all of her short life. Nobody knows how much she is truely missed. Jordyn had 2 loving older sisters Lauren and Charlotte, and 1 older brother Daryl.
Her mam Karen, dad John, nan and grandad Rose and Joseph, all miss her terribly. All of the family and friends of the family all love her with all their hearts. We all know she is looking over us in heaven.
